JamDocs is a team knowledge base for engineering and ops: docs, runbooks, and secrets in one searchable, permissioned workspace, kept in realtime sync.

Your wiki has the steps. Not the password.

Notion and Confluence are good wikis, and both edit live. The difference shows up at the step that needs a credential.

Notion and Confluence are trademarks of their owners.

Straight answers.

How is JamDocs different from a wiki or Notion?

Unlike a general-purpose wiki, JamDocs is built for engineering: it pairs documents with an encrypted secrets vault, GitHub smart folders that auto-sync from your repositories, and a conflict-free realtime sync engine. Search returns the exact passage rather than a list of pages to dig through.

Is JamDocs free?

Yes. The Free plan is free for small teams up to 5 members and includes unlimited notes and articles, full workspace search, and realtime collaborative sync. Paid plans start at $6 per user per month (Standard), adding unlimited members, the encrypted vault, roles and permissions, and GitHub smart folders, with Pro at $10. No credit card is required to start.

Does JamDocs support SSO and SCIM?

Not yet. Single sign-on (SSO) and SCIM user provisioning are planned for the Enterprise plan but are not available today. JamDocs accounts sign in with email and password, with optional two-factor authentication, and every workspace keeps an audit log of access and changes that admins can review and export.
